wskill is a self-describing document format: this very wskill is built with the format it documents, and its skill projection regenerates the working wskill skill. It captures a topic as one WCL data model — reference, processes, curated indexes — and projects it two ways with no hand-duplication: a human book and a Claude Code skill.
